$2 Million Home Market Emerges in Bellaire

Bellaire Today's market condition update showed ten houses for sale in Bellaire priced above $2,000,000. There have been no sales in that price range in the previous twelve months in Bellaire so it will be interesting to see if the marketplace will support these prices. If I were to guess I would say yes. It is a very popular community with good schools and the commutes to downtown and the medical center are not bad.

I don't see any homes over 2 Million listed in that zip code on your chart. Am I missing something?

Thanks,

Dear Brian - It's a dilemma! Since there are no sales in Bellaire in the $2M+ price range in the previous 12 months, I cannot make the calculation. This is the first time this has happened.

I will change my criteria to say that I will calculate a price range if there are at least five sales in previous 12 months OR 10+ currently available properties with at least one sale in the previous 12 months. - JT
